Since we offer only the highest quality jewelry, we are confident that you will be satisfied with any item that you purchase.  If you after receiving an items you wish to exchange it, you may exchange the unworn item for an item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of the original date it was shipped by Beads of Hope®.

If an item has been worn or it is more than 30 days from the date of original shipment, the items may be restrung for a $10 fee plus the cost of any new beads added.

It is advisable that the customer put delivery confirmation on the package so it may be traced if lost.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.  Abuse or mistreatment causing an item to break, be defective or lost will be replaced or repaired at your expense.
