We work to increase the number of donors on the registry so that every leukemia and other blood cancer patient has a fair shot of finding their perfect match. What makes us unique is that we do not charge donors for the $65 tissue typing test. We perform HLA- A*, B*, C*, DR* high-resolution typing on every registered donor minimizing the search time for finding the best possible donor match for a patient. For people interested in becoming a donor, but there is not donor drive in their area, we offer a free service where we mail them the registration kit at home-it consists of a registration form, the cotton swabs to collect the cells from their cheek, and the return postage.
